Listing-to-evidence map

Place a role requirement beside your own real example. Turn a gap into a question or learning action rather than concealing it.
When to use it
Use after reading a listing, before revising a CV or preparation dossier. This is not a hiring-suitability score; it makes the basis of each claim visible.
Fill it in four steps
- Write three important expectations in your own words, without presenting them as verbatim employer quotes.
- Link each expectation to one thing you actually did. Do not claim the whole team’s work as your contribution.
- Record evidence and sharing limits. Do not invent a link to a file you cannot show.
- Leave missing experience explicit and add a question or realistic learning activity.
Fill this template here
One draft is kept per template. Each of seven fields allows up to 2,000 characters. Personal text is not translated when changing language. Use Save; there is no autosave. Review marks describe only your own review.
Preview and download use the current form; Save is separate. Downloaded files may contain personal notes. Share buttons share only the public page link. Blank TXT/CSV and bundle ZIP files do not contain your draft.
Blank worksheet structure
These fields are for you to complete. Use the editor above or download the blank file for your own editor. No file upload is performed.
Target role and listing URL: Expectation: My real example: My contribution: Output I can show: Remaining gap: My next preparation action:
See the structure in an example
- Fictional role: team coordination assistant.
- Expectation: summarise weekly work status clearly.
- Exercise example: separate open tasks in a fictional project table.
- No personal experience has been added; this is not completed work.
- Next action: choose a real coordination example from my own history.
Ask yourself before finishing
- Did I separate the expectation from my interpretation?
- Is this my actual experience or only an exercise?
- Does the gap have a concrete next action?
