An offer, qualification recognition and permission to practise are different questions. First identify which answer you need.

Find the local profession title

Similar titles can describe different duties across countries. Record the job’s tasks, the scope of your education and the destination’s profession title together. Do not infer automatic equivalence from a similar name.

Identify the competent authority

Find the destination’s official professional or education authority. Ask which process applies to your nationality, qualification country and intended work. The European Commission’s guide is a starting point for non-EU applicants; national rules need separate checking.

Sequence document preparation

Ask about required documents, accepted translations, fees and the current process. Before translating everything, confirm which format is accepted. Store only document names and status in the tracker, not identity or qualification numbers.

Turn reading into an output

  1. Research the destination’s profession title.
  2. Save the authority’s official URL.
  3. Verify the document list with that authority.
